DONATION SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
PACKING REQUIREMENTS:
> Make sure all items are clean.
> Make sure all items are sorted by size/type.
> Make sure all like items are packaged together.
> Make sure all items are clearly marked (size/type, quantity, etc.)
> Make sure all large shipments are put on pallets.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
> Ensure you have followed the PACKING REQUIREMENTS.
> Download the SHIPPING MANIFEST FORM
> Complete all information on form.(either electronically or hard-copy)
> FAX or email your completed MANIFEST FORM to us.
> Call to confirm your MANIFEST FORM has been received.
> Ship your donation.
> NOTE: Be sure to sign and date the bottom of the MANIFEST FORM.
